Many thanks to The Nuthatch for publishing my poem '6.25am' in their 'Moments' mini issue, which is downloadable here. It really is a mini issue, with 5 poems inside!

A great evening was had at the online launch of The Scottish Centre for Geopoetics latest journal issue 'Stravaig 16'.  It was a joy to host the event with poets, essay writers and artists sharing their work and process, as well as hearing from the journal editors and Norrie Bissell, the Centre's Director.

I also had a poem included in the issue. Stravaig 16 is available free, online here.

I'm more than delighted that my poem 'Tom Lefroy devours a Cotillion' is to be included in an anthology 'Encounters with Jane Austen' from Aurora Metro, celebrating the 250th year of her birth.

'This anthology features a vibrant mix of short stories, essays, interviews and poetry contributed by over 30 writers and artists. It presents a delightful blend of both contemporary and classic works, accompanied by humorous illustrations and timeless quotes from Jane Austen herself.

Gone Lawn have published 2 of my inheritance prose poems 'At the edge of the mist', and 'What's a pond?' in their 'Worm Moon 2025 ' issue. Many thanks to Owen. A bit of background about Gone Lawn:

Full House Literary, with Leia at the helm, is back from hiatus, and I am pleased to have a poem inside issue 1, 2025. 'Treason' is part of a domestic/nature series of poems. (Alongside 'marital favours' recently published by The Broken Spine, see previous post below). It's a great issue, read online here. 

The Broken Spine's beautiful 'High Rise: Brutalist Poetry' is now published, and available via Amazon.
